Ali Abbas Zafar wraps Shahid Kapoor’s action film
Shahid Kapoor has completed another film wrap, with director Ali Abbas Zafar confirming that they have completed filming for their upcoming action film. Ali Abbas congratulated Shahid Kapoor and the entire team for trying to make the last six months so much fun on his official Twitter account.
He tweeted “ Action has always been one of my Favourite genres and the thrill of making action movies onset is even a greater experience. Film Wrap, Thank you shahidkapoor, and the entire team for making these last 6 months super fun.”
According to early reports, the film is an adaptation of the French film Nuit Blanche. According to reports, Shahid will play a cop pursuing mobster lords in Ali's unnamed film, which is supported by Jio Studios. The French film on which Shahid's coming film is based appears to have been recreated in Tamil and Telugu as Thoongaa Vanam and Cheekati Rajyam, respectively.
In the meantime, Shahid Kapoor has Raj & DK, a web show featuring Raashi Khanna. He'll next be seen in Jersey alongside Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur. The film is set to hit theatres on April 14, this year. The film will compete with KGF: Chapter 2. Yash and Srinidhi Shetty will also appear in the second installment, besides them, the film also has Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, and Prakash Raj have joined the cast. Adheera, played by Sanjay Dutt, will be the antagonist of the story.
