Alia Bhatt shares unseen wedding pictures to wish Karan Johar on his 50th birthday
Karan Johar has played a vital part in Alia Bhatt's life, both personally and professionally, as she has stated on multiple occasions. With the 2012 film Student Of The Year, he was the one who launched her in Bollywood. The Dear Zindagi (2016) actress shared some pictures of her relationship with the filmmaker as he turned 50 today. She called him a father, a friend, and a mentor.
Taking to Instagram, Alia shared a series of pictures featuring her and the filmmaker. In the first photo, Karan is seen placing a kiss on Alia's cheek, which was taken during her wedding ceremony with Ranbir Kapoor. The second photo is from her reception area, and the two are seen chatting. The third photo was taken on the set of their upcoming movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Under Karan's instruction, Alia appears to be rehearsing a scene.
Sharing the pictures, Alia penned a heartfelt note that read, "To the most generous soul I know! .. to the man who is my father .. my best friend .. and my mentor!
