According to reports, Anushka and Virat have bought an extravagant farmhouse in Alibaug on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. The house reportedly is 8 acres and Zirad, a village in Alibaug. The couple has approximately spent 19 crores 24 lakh, and 50 thousand rupees. The report further shared that a deposit of 1 crore and 15 lakhs has been made to the government treasury already. Recently Vikas Kohli who is Virat’s brother completed the transaction. The couple employed a prominent real estate company, Samira Habitats.
The couple had a showing of the place six months ago. Virat with his busy cricket schedule was unable to visit Alibaug to lock the property. The total expense of the land has come to 9 crores 24 lakh 50 thousand rupees. The family deposited a stamp duty of 3 lakh 35 thousand rupees.
