AP Dhillon expressed his frustration with the intense social media frenzy, acknowledging that regardless of his words or actions, someone would twist the narrative to suit their agenda, leading to more division. As an artist, he lamented the difficulty of staying focused on his craft amidst such turmoil. He also highlighted that artists often become pawns in the hands of special interest and political groups who manipulate their public image to advance their agendas. He emphasized that artists aim to create art that helps people on an individual level, irrespective of their background.

Dhillon concluded by urging unity and rejecting divisive influences, encouraging people to think for themselves and not be swayed by hateful influences. He reminded everyone that we are all one and that social constructs should not divide us, emphasizing that unity is the way forward.

Meanwhile, a statement of support for Shubh was shared on late Sidhu Moose Wala's Instagram page. It pointed out the unjust labeling of artists from minority communities as terrorists without substantial evidence and questioned why they consistently face adversity. The statement lamented the loss of Sidhu Moose Wala due to similar hatred and called for an end to such animosity.

On the cancellation of Shubh's India tour, BookMyShow announced that it was canceled and initiated a refund for ticket holders. The decision was made following backlash on social media for hosting Shubh, who had been accused of sympathizing with the Khalistani movement due to a previous Instagram post where he shared a distorted map of India and wrote, "Pray for Punjab."
