Sonam Kapoor gave birth to her first child, Vayu, on August 20, 2022, with husband Anand Ahuja. The couple’s son recently turned one, to which the actress shared some precious moments of his birthday celebrations.

Now, the actress’s mother, Sunita Kapoor shared a picture on her Instagram handle on Vayu’s birthday, sitting holding her grandbaby in her arms at the comfort of her house.
The new grandmother captioned it saying, “As I grew older I thought the best years of my life were over, but when I held my Vayu in my arms , I realised my best years had just started. Happiest birthday to our biggest blessing.. may god always protect you my angel. Love you , love you and love you even more." She also added several heart emojis along with the post.
