Bhojpuri Musician Abhishek Aka Babul Bihari ARRESTED For Raping A Minor Girl And Sharing Her Pictures ONLINE (Details Inside)
Abhishek aka Babul Bihari, a Bhojpuri musician, was recently detained for allegedly raping a young girl and sharing her offensive images online. According to police investigations, the accused befriended the 13-year-old girl when he used to live in Rajiv Nagar and lured her in about two years ago. He allegedly led her to a hotel room, where he raped her and took pictures of her.

After the incident, the youngster allegedly grew apart from Babul Bihari and stopped talking about him to anyone, according to PTI. However, the victim's parents started questioning her after the accused uploaded images of her on his Instagram account a few days earlier. The young girl went on to tell her family about her ordeal, and they hurried her to the police station.
The girl was given counselling before a FIR was filed against Babul Bihari. According to information provided by PTI, a case was filed under the Information Technology (IT) Act and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. According to Subash Boken, a police spokesperson, the accused was taken into custody shortly after the complaint was filed. "He was produced in a city court and sent into judicial custody today," he added.
