The best and most powerful mood changers when all other plans fail have always been Bollywood films. These films provide us with solace because of the stories they tell and, particularly, because of the characters. In addition to romance, the characters in our Bollywood films show us how to love ourselves. We frequently neglect our worth and our own needs while loving others. You need to look back on the lives of these Bollywood characters if you have been self-avoiding for a very long time to help you remember that self-love is just as important and should be prioritized. Some of us already relate to these characters and have instilled their qualities in us.

Jug

Film- Dear Zindagi

Even though we are doing fantastic in life, we are constantly critical of ourselves. We submit ourselves to self-critical thinking. Kaira exacts this punishment on herself. The movie teaches Kaira and us to try new things in life, to feel at ease in our own skins, and to stop over-controlling things because that causes needless suffering.

Geet

Film: Jab We Met

How many times do you tell yourself "mai apni favorite hu"? Geet is vivacious and has her own principles for leading a happy and contented life. Whether you believe it or not, if you adopt even one of Geet's habits, you will begin to love yourself. Geet is the most iconic character and her traits are what everyone should have.

Bunny

Film: Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani

The most energetic character in Bollywood films, Kabir Thapar (also known as Bunny), is so full of life that he goes on adventures whenever and wherever his heart leads him. He is the one who pursues his goals in life without waiting for acceptance from others. Waiting for other people’s approval or thinking what would they think about is what holds us back from doing the best.

Piku

Film: Piku

Piku makes sure she has a separate life where she only accomplishes things for herself, regardless of how difficult life becomes for her. In addition to our obligations, each of us also has our own needs to attend to.

Mili

Film: Khoobsurat

Mili taught us to add a little bit of madness to a very serious life because she was lost in her own world. She taught us to live freely and laugh aloud.

Imraan & Lailaa

Film: Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

No one can possibly not love this film. One of the main reasons why people simply love this movie so much is because its characters encourage you to take a break from your routine and live a little. Our hearts are warmed by the upbeat Imraan and the perpetually optimistic Laila who teach us how to live and love.
