Payal Ghosh is a Kolkata actress best known for her role as Tamannah Bhatia's friend in Jr NTR's 'Oosaravelli'. She also played the lead in Chandrasekhar Yeleti's 'Prayanam.' Payal Ghosh had previously made headlines for her harassment claims against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. She recently made headlines again with her'me too' allegation against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who recently shared a screenshot of what appears to be a hand-written suicide note on social media.

She threatened to reveal the names of those responsible for her death in the note. However, as seen in the image, it appears to be an unfinished suicide note. Her Instagram post quickly went viral, perplexing her followers about what had happened. Payal frequently uses her social media accounts to address mental health issues.

Her message reads, "This is me, Payal Ghosh. If I die by suicide or heart attack, people who will be responsible for that are."

Recently she was featured in her upcoming film, 'Red', alongside comedian Krushna Abhishek, trailer and poster launch. She revealed the reason behind her suicidal note when asked by the media personnel. She said, "It was a rumour, but many people were attempting to torture me mentally and in other ways. Then I considered torturing them by sharing such posts. As a result, such a post was shared."

She also added, "I have solely written the post. I am only on enough for the Bollywood industry to fight with. I do not need anyone. The Anurag Kashyap team has only tried to mentally torture me. No matter what they will do. I am the Bengali tigress.”
