Did you know Tiger Shroff auditioned for Spider-Man? Take a look at what the star revealed!
Tiger Shroff stepped into the Bollywood industry with the film Heropanti 2 alongside Kriti Sanon who also marked her debut with that film. The actor has done a lot of films over the years including War, Baaghi series, Student of the Year 2, and many more. But the actor’s foreground has always been action drama. Most of his movies have him doing action and which has got audiences crazy over his unbelievable moves. He has also agreed on the Koffee with Karan show that there is no one like him in Bollywood who can do such action other than his inspiration Hrithik Roshan. But did you know, with such powerful and daredevil moves, the actor was almost going to play the part of Spider-Man?
Recently, during a chat show, the actor revealed that he had auditioned for the role of Spider-Man which is currently played by Tom Holland. He also shared about Marvel’s reaction to his performance. Tiger said, "I've had the honor of meeting several illustrious Hollywood figures, and they all seem to be quite intrigued by what I do. I had sent my tapes of the audition for the role of Spider-man and they were really impressed. My pitch to them was that I could do the majority of Spider-Man's abilities, which would save you a tonne of money on your VFX. I was almost quite close to getting the part."
Earlier, Tiger Shroff had given his voice to Spider-Man’s Hindi dub. On the other hand, Tiger’s last release Heropanti 2 with Tara Sutaria and Nawazuddin Siddiqui failed very badly at the box office. But well, he has another project titled Ganapath where he will co-star with Kriti Sanon for the second time. He also has Screw Dheela with south star Rashmika Mandanna.
