Freddy Teaser: Kartik Aaryan as a shy but creepy dentist is scary!
The teaser of Kartik Aaryan's upcoming flick Freddy was unveiled on Monday (November 07). The romantic thriller will be directly released on Disney+Hotstar on 02 December 2022.
In the film, Kartik Aaryan plays Dr. Freddy Ginwala- a dentist who is dealing with a tragic past. An introvert, the shy Dr. Freddy loves playing with his collection of miniature planes and adoring his pet turtle Hardy, who's his only friend.
The film also stars Alaya F who plays Kainaaz, a woman trapped in an abusive marriage. She falls for Dr. Freddy and the duo decide to get married but what follows is a gripping tale of love, betrayal and vengeance that turns their lives upside down.
Taking to Instagram, Kartik Aaryan shared the teaser of Freddy. He wrote: "Welcome to the world of #Freddy ???? Appointments open on 2nd December 2022 #ReadyForFreddy !!".
Alaya, on the other hand, shared the teaser with a caption that read: "Sorry sir, kept you waiting. Freddy streaming from 2nd December. #ReadyForFreddy ? #FreddyOnHotstar".
Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, Freddy has been produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures, in association with NH Studioz and Northern Light Films.
Presenting the first-time pairing of Kartik Aaryan and Alaya F, the trailer of Freddy will be out very soon.
