Hrithik Roshan is back on the big screen with Vikram Vedha, co-starring Saif Ali Khan
Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan will be seen together on screen after more than a decade as the two have been roped in for the Tamil film 'Vikram Vedha's' Hindi remake. The two were last seen in the same movie when they had a brief cameo in 'Luck By Chance' in 2009.
As per our sources, Reliance will send off the Vikram Vedha teaser on Wednesday at 11 am. "There is a media screening today, yet the teaser raises a ruckus around the digital world on Wednesday Morning," a source told, fast to inform further that the teaser will overwhelm the crowd. "It's a 1-minute 46-second-long teaser, stacked with high points, action, discourse, baazi, and thrill.
The remake of the 2017 Tamil film of the same name is described as a neo-noir action thriller and was written and directed by Pushkar-Gayathri from a screenplay by Neeraj Pandey. A few months ago, a picture of Hrithik and Saif from the movie emerged, sending fans into a frenzy. As the movie’s release date draws closer, excitement is quickly growing.
It's a 35-day campaign, leading to the film’s release on September 30. "The teaser launch will be followed by a trailer launch in the first week of September. The trailer will be screened globally with Brahmastra. This would be followed by a music launch and the film release on September 30. It's a tight but impactful campaign. The makers are confident to excite the audience with their publicity material."
The film will mark the Hindi debut of filmmakers Pushkar and Gayatri. The duo was the writers and directors of 'Vikram Vedha', released in 2017.
