TV actor Shweta Tiwari's daughter Palak Tiwari, who became an instant sensation last year after featuring in the song Bijlee Bijlee with Hardy Sandhu, has launched her new music video with Aditya Seal titled 'Mangta Hai Kya' in Mumbai.

Both the young actors have come together for the music video which is the recreation of the 90s classic Mangta Hai Kya.

The original song from Ram Gopal Verma's Rangeela (1995) featured Aamir Khan and Urmila Matondkar and was composed by AR Rahman. On the other hand, the latest version is sung by Aditya Narayan and Deeksha Toor.

Sharing her excitement, Palak says that she hopes the song creates the same frenzy as Bijlee Bijlee and wins love from fans.

Not so long ago, Palak was in news for her alleged link-up with Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's son Ibrahim Ali Khan. Rubbishing all speculations, Palak says, "It's all so humourous... I just take it as conjectures. I am at a phase in life where I don't have time for love. In fact, I hardly see my friends these days. So, people are free to make speculations; it doesn't affect me."

While her mother is a successful TV actor, Palak says she never wanted to enter television. "I've always aimed for films, doing television was never on my mind. It may seem unconventional to some, but for me that has always been the plan," Palak says.

"People had certain notions were expecting me to follow my mother and join TV industry. But my mother has always pushed me to follow my dreams and not to do something which I didn't believe in. And movies is where I want to be," she adds.

On the work front, Palak will soon be making her Bollywood debut in the film Rosie: The Saffron Chapter, which is being produced by Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi. The film is a remake of a Tamil film and Palak informs that she has completed shooting for her part.

"I am very excited for my debut as the character that I play is very dear to me. All of us, the entire team, has worked really hard and I'm keenly looking forward to the film's release and the reaction of audiences," Palak says before signing off.
