I wish to romance Shah Rukh Khan once: Neha Bhasin
Singer and songwriter Neha Bhasin recently released her new song titled Parwah, which also features popular TV actress Rashami Desai.
The song is a catchy one and has been garnering a lot of appreciation from fans. During a promotional interview for the song, Neha revealed that she wrote it after her stint in the Bigg Boss House. "Parwah is not just a song, it's an emotion a lot of people will resonate with. It's timeless and evergreen."
Neha, who has been a part of the entertainment industry for almost two decades, has won two Filmfare Awards for her songs ‘‘Jag Ghoomeya’’ (Hindi) from the movie Sultan and ‘‘Paani Ravi Da’’ (Punjabi). Her first breakthrough in Bollywood was the song 'Kuch Khass Hai' (from the movie Fashion) in 2008, for which she received her first Filmfare nomination.
However, despite winning laurels for her soothing voice, Neha admits that she is still smitten by Bollywood stars, especially Salman Khan. About the superstar, she says- "I first met him as a child. Prior to this, the impression that I had about him was from the song 'I Love You' (in the movie Maine Pyaar Kiya)... I still have a picture with him from my childhood days, which has now been widely circulated on the internet."
"I still feel shy around him; Meri bolti band ho jaati hai..." adds Neha.
On being asked what she would like to say to SRK, the 'Dhunki' singer very excitedly says- "Oh my God!!! Can I romance you once?"
Further, Neha also expressed her desire to collaborate with singers Arijit Singh and A.R Rahman in the future. As for the actresses she would like to sing for, Neha said she would be very happy to lend her voice for Rani Mukerji, Vidya Balan, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Deepika Padukone onscreen.
