Is this true? Ranbir and Deepika to reunite onscreen after 7 years!
Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone fans, hold your breath. As we have a very exciting piece of news for you. Seven years after Tamasha (2015), the former couple and co-stars of three films are reportedly coming together again onscreen.
As per latest updates, the duo will team up for a beverage commercial, which will be shot soon.
Deepika and Ranbir have signed an endorsement deal with a beverage brand. As per sources, the commercial will be directed by Punit Malhotra, who has helmed films like I Hate Luv Storys (2010) and Gori Tere Pyaar Mein (2013).
Interestingly, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have starred together in three successful films viz. Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008), Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013) and Tamasha (2015). They earlier endorsed a paint brand and featured together in the video commercial. And if reports are to be believed, Deepika also features in a guest appearance in Ranbir's upcoming film Brahmastra: Part One Shiva (2022).
The duo has a separate fan base and every time they come together on screen, magic is sure to happen!
While some of you might be disappointed that Ranbir and Deepika are coming together for just an advertisement and not a film, we hope and pray that the two brilliant actors soon reunite for a big-ticket entertainer as well. Fingers crossed!
