Mrunal Thakur offers her advice on how to become a massy actor
Mrunal Thakur is consistently carving out a place for herself as an actor in the industry with her selection of movies and performances. The actress made her big-screen acting debut with the film Love Sonia in 2018 and later went on to bag several big projects including the Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 (2019) and Shahid Kapoor starrer Jersey (2021).
Her upcoming schedule includes the family comedy Aankh Micholi, directed by Umesh Shukla, as well as the historical drama Pippa, which is set during World War II.
In a recent interview, Mrunal stated, "I want to work in all the genres possible and do not want to limit myself to one particular style. And this has been very clear in my head since day one, it does not matter to me if this is just the beginning of my career, I just want to stick to doing films and projects that excite and challenge me as an actor.”
Giving her two cents on how to be a massy actor, Thakur added, "I feel that it's important to do different roles to become a massy actor and it is only possible if one does not set limitations in terms of work. With my work, I am always trying to strike a balance when it comes to entertaining the audiences and satisfying my own creative urges as an actor."
Meanwhile, besides Aankh Micholi and Pippa, Mrunal Thakur will also be making her Telugu debut opposite Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan in Sita Ramam
