The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s eldest son, Aryan Khan, in October last year in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs case. The Bombay High Court later granted the star kid bail, and he was released on October 30, 2021. According to the most recent information, NCB has given Aryan a clean chit.

Six people were charged in the case, but a complaint against them had not been filed due to a "lack of proof." The NCB filed its 'final' charge sheet in the Special Court as the 60-day deadline for filing the document drew near on May 29th.

Aryan was not found in possession of any narcotics, according to the chargesheet. A press release by the agency stated, “Based on an input NCB Mumbai on 02.10.2021, intercepted Vikrant, Ishmeet, Arbaaz, Aryan and Gomit at International Port Terminal, MbPT and Nupur, Mohak and Munmun at the Cordelia Cruise. All the accused persons were found in possession of narcotics except Aryan and Mohak.”

The NCB raided the cruise ship and recovered a little amount of cocaine, mephedrone, charas, hydroponic cannabis, MDMA, and Rs 1,33,000 in cash.

Aryan spent nearly three weeks in detention after being arrested by the NCB. The star kid has kept a quiet profile in the aftermath of the controversy.
