Actress Sonam Kapoor and her businessman husband Anand Ahuja recently welcomed their first child, a Baby boy. On August 20, the new parents shared the good news with their fans with an Instagram post. Days after welcoming her baby, the new mommy has flaunted her postpartum belly in her latest video.

On Thursday, the actress posted a video on her Instagram Stories wearing maternity clothes and wrote, “Tummy’s not completely in yet but looks great.” She was in a black shirt and a pair of black trousers. With the video, Sonam has inspired the new mommies not to be ashamed of the belly fat post delivery; the campaign salutes motherhood for Nike's new maternity activewear line.

On August 20, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja dropped a beautiful statement as they announced the birth of their child. The statement read: “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed hands and open hearts. Thank You to all of the doctors, nurses, friends, and family who have supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning, but we know our lives are forever changed. Sonam & Anand.”

The Kapoors and the Ahujas are on cloud nine currently. At an event expressing his excitement, Anil Kapoor said, “It has been wonderful. God has been kind, and I want to thank God that everything went smoothly. Mum and son both are doing well.”

Sonam and Anand have yet to reveal the first picture of their baby, and we are eagerly waiting for the first glimpse of their little munchkin.

On the work front, Sonam will be seen in Blind, a remake of the 2011 Korean film of the same name.
