Pathaan: Shah Rukh Khan drops motion poster revealing John Abraham’s first look
Fans have been ecstatic ever since the announcement of the Shah Rukh Khan film Pathaan. There is already a lot of excitement due to the teaser. Earlier, SRK posted a motion poster of Deepika Padukone, who portrays the movie's leading lady, on his social media accounts. He has returned to his Instagram account today to provide the motion poster for John Abraham, who has a key role in the movie. Fans are sure to enjoy the poster, which portrays the Force star in a rugged and edgy style.
The brief clip began with a time bomb's five-second countdown. John is seen surrounded by blazing logs after it explodes. John stood inside a dilapidated chamber in the movie poster wearing a white T-shirt, black jeans, and a harness around his stomach. Shah Rukh shared the poster and added the caption, "He’s tough and plays it rough! Presenting thejohnabraham in Pathaan. Celebrate Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 25th January 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Director Siddharth Anand spoke about John’s role as a villain in the film saying, “John Abraham is THE antagonist, THE villain of Pathaan. And I have always believed in the fact that the villain’s projection should be as big, if not bigger than that of the hero. Only when the villain is massive, can the tussle between them be spectacular. And we have an extraordinary battle when SRK takes on John! We wanted to present John in a super slick avatar.”
Pathaan is Shah Rukh’s first film since 2018’s Zero, which was a flop at the box office. Pathaan will hit the theatres on January 25th, 2023.
