On the professional front, Rakul Preet Singh is flying high. Aside from juggling multiple projects, the fashionista keeps her followers engaged with her eccentric looks. The Yaariyan (2014) actress, who began her career in the South Indian film industry, is now the queen of Bollywood. The actress recently spoke about the love and attention that pan-Indian films have received across the country in a recent interview.

Talking to a news portal, Rakul Preet said, "I'll just say that good films were always watched, those films had an audience on TV. Many of my films were dubbed and were super hits in Hindi. This has been happening since before, but now, since the films are released theatrically, you and I are talking about this because the audience who wouldn't have watched the films earlier now has a platform to watch them.”

She added, “I am a true believer that cinema has no language, it only has emotion, and wherever films are being made they will be appreciated all over India. It's great that South Indian films are doing so well. Just imagine if we contribute together and make content."

Rakul was last seen in the film Runway 34 (2022), which starred Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan. Audiences and critics had mixed reactions to the film. However, it was a box office failure.
