Rohit Shetty confirms Singham 3; filming to begin in April 2023
In 2011, Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn collaborated on the film Singham, which was a major success at the box office. They reunited for a sequel in 2014, and fans have been anticipating the third installment in the successful cop franchise ever since.
Director Rohit Shetty has finally confirmed Singham 3 by revealing details regarding the film's shoot and timeline. Singham 3 is very much on the cards, according to the busy filmmaker, and his crew is already working out the details. According to the filmmaker, this would be a “massive” blockbuster that will start rolling in April 2023.
Shetty’s next release is the Ranveer Singh-starrer Cirkus, a comedy of errors story. Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez star as the leading ladies in this entertainer, which is set to hit theatres in December 2022.
The director has also been filming with Sidharth Malhotra for his OTT web series Indian Police Force. Rohit had earlier stated in regards to the show, “We have always seen these big shows from Hollywood and the West. But I wanted to make an Indian show to rival those shows. I have always wanted to make a big international show born from India, one that can make a mark on the global stage."
Vivek Oberoi and Shilpa Shetty also play pivotal roles in this cop series.
