Bollywood has been going through a rough patch recently as movies struggle to blow up at the box office. As a result, there has been ongoing discussion regarding Bollywood's ongoing decline, and everyone has an opinion. When Salman Khan recently made an appearance at a promotion for Kiccha Sudeep's Vikrant Rona, he was asked the same questions.
He responded by highlighting the fact that there is no set recipe for box office success saying, “We all try to make the best film. We want it to reach everyone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. There’s no formula to it.” Salman also discussed partnerships with South Actors sectors, claiming they have always existed. The Bharat actor emphasized that these partnerships also offered him the opportunity to collaborate with celebrities like Sudeep, Prabhu Dheva, Prakash Raj, etc. He added, “I am working with Venky now (Venkatesh), who started with Anari. There was even Kamal Haasan. All the south people have worked here and given big hits.”
On the work front, Salman is now collaborating with Pooja Hegde on Farhad Samji's Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. He will also appear in the eagerly anticipated Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.
With a release in five languages, Vikrant Rona will be released as a pan-Indian movie. The anticipation for it is greater than for the majority of Sudeep's prior releases because it is his biggest film. The film is slated to hit the theatres on July 28.
