Sharvari Wagh, who made her Bollywood debut with Yash Raj FilmsBunty Aur Babli 2 (2021) opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi, has reportedly been roped in for another YRF project. The young actress is set to pair as the female lead opposite Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan in his debut venture, Maharaja, as per latest reports.

Sharvari has been signed on for Siddharth P Malhotra's directorial venture, a big-ticket production in Maharaja, as per the report. Sharvari, on the other hand, isn't confirming or denying the film. "I have a film with Yash Raj that will hopefully release this year," the actress told Mid-Day when questioned about it.

Sharvari admitted to being fascinated by historical plays. "History intrigues me. I want to do movies that blend mythology and history. Women were portrayed as warriors, and (their characters) had a good blend of charisma and elegance. Stories matter the most to me; I want to do author-backed roles," stated the actress.
