Shefali Shah says that she had a crush on Aamir Khan also wrote him a love letter
Shefali Shah, who has been actively promoting her newly released film Jalsa with Vidya Balan, was asked about her crush during a recent engagement with Bollywood Hungama. The speaker stated that she used to have a crush on Aamir Khan and even chose to write him love letters. She shared “I had a crush on Aamir Khan. I wrote him a letter. I sent a photograph of mine with a love letter and in the photograph, I was standing there but it looked very nice because it was blurred. Far away I am standing, you can't make out anybody who this human is, nothing, wrote a long love letter.
For the uninformed, Shefali Shah was set to make her debut appearance in the film Rangeela, which also starred Aamir Khan. However, she decided to forgo the project in the middle of it.
Shefali Shah later married filmmaker Vipul Shah, who directed films such as Aankhen, Namastey London, Action Replayy, London Dreams, Waqt: The Race Against Time, and Humans, to name a few. He has also produced a lot of Bollywood films.
Shefali Shah is best known for her role in Netflix's Delhi Crime, which won the International Emmy Award for Best Drama Series. In the show, she played DCP Vartika Chaturvedi. The actress has also appeared in films such as 15 Park Avenue, Waqt, Karthik Calling Karthik, Dil Dhadakne Do, and Commando 2.
Darlings, in which she co-stars with Alia Bhatt and Vijay Varma, will be her upcoming film. Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt will co-produce the film.
