Shwetha Nanda Pens An Adorable Birthday Wish For Her Mother Jaya Bachchan, Calls Her ‘Giant Of A Mama’ (View Post)
Jaya Bachchan, the actor-turned-politician, turned 75 on Sunday, April 9 and was showered with birthday greetings from fans, friends, industry, and political colleagues. Her daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda also took to social media to wish her 'giant of a mama' on her birthday, following her granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda.

Shweta Bachchan chose a throwback photo from the film ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, in which Jaya is seen standing on a stool to assist Amitabh Bachchan with his tie. She captioned the photo, “To my GIANT of a Mama Happy Birthday ~ from you I learn that it's the size of the fight in a person that is the only size that matters. Love you x.”

In 1973, Jaya Bachchan married actor Amitabh Bachchan. Shweta and Abhishek Bachchan are the couple's two children. She has three grandchildren: Shweta's children Agastya and Navya, and Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's daughter Aaradhya.

Jaya Bachchan's next film will be Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which will be released in July 2023. Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi feature in the film.
