South Pacific Asia Universe 2022 Apoorva Rai opens up on her pageantry journey
South Pacific Asia Universe competition was held this year and 26-year old Apoorva Rai emerged as the winner. Apoorva, who hails from Bangalore is a businesswoman, wife and a mother. In a recent interview, she opened up on her modelling and talked about the difficulties she encountered.
She stated, "Myself Apoorva rai, businesswoman, professional clinical cosmetologist. (Founder skin solutions)I am 26 years old wife of Pavan Shetty and also a mother to a 3 year old kid."
Apoorva opened up on her modelling career and said, "This dream of pageantry started long back when I was very very young before marriage. I was into Femina Miss India 2016 and I was one among the finalists due to some reason I couldn’t continue with my journey. Later I got married so now again I thought of entering my pageantry journey and was crowned as South Pacific Asia universe 2022."
She further stated that she would be representing India at the Miss India Universe contest which is going to be held in South Korea. "And soon will be representing India at Mrs India universe which is going to be held in South Korea in December 2022," she added.
Many women who think having children and getting married might sabotage their careers can look up to Apoorva's journey for inspiration. The 26-year old paved her way to achieve her dreams, simultaneously dealing with all obstacles coming her way.
In her closing remarks, Rai stressed a crucial point to the audience. She said,“Don’t let your dreams remain dreams. I want to motivate all the women out there!"
