Tezaab remake: Shraddha Kapoor approached to play the female lead opposite Kartik Aaryan
Shraddha Kapoor is known to deliver some outstanding performances throughout her acting career. She has done films like Stree, Half Girlfriend, Haider, Haseena Parkar, and many more. With Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor is now working on the untitled Luv Ranjan movie. She also has the Chalbaaz remake and the Naagin role in the Nikhil Advani movie. In the midst of all this, the producers of the Tezaab remake have also contacted the actress.
Recent speculations state that the Ek Villain actress would star alongside Kartik Aaryan in the movie's remake for the first time. The remake version of the Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit film has already been announced by producer Murad Khetani. A source revealed, “The makers were looking for a reliable name and a fresh Jodi for the cast of Tezaab remake. Shraddha and Kartik have not shared onscreen space together so far and if things work out, this is a pair they would like to bet on."
Kartik Aaryan seems to have a good start this year, he is enjoying glory after his most recent movie, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 turned out to be a blockbuster hit. The Love Aaj Kal actor has his plate full as he will be next seen in Rohit Dhawan’s Shehzada alongside Kriti Sanon. Shehzada is a remake of the Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. He also has the romantic thriller, Freddy with Alaya F, Hansal Mehta’s Captain India in his lineup.
