After thirty years since the release of their film Bekhudi, star Kajol and actor Kamal Sadanah are getting ready to reconcile. With Bekhudi, Kajol made her Bollywood debut, and Kamal played her co-star. Kajol will next be seen in the upcoming Revathy film Salaam Venky. Kamal was not cast in the movie until the two actors met on the set. They reunited in a video that has appeared online.
Seeing Kamal on the Salaam Venky sets gave Kajal the sweetest surprise. She displays conflicting feelings in the video. Upon seeing her co-star after such a long time, Kajol showed signs of shock and emotion. In a state of shock, Kajol immediately gave him a hug. Throughout the entire video, both of them were beaming. Kajol said, "Oh my God. What a shocker." The three of them appeared to be posing for a photo as their director joined them.

Earlier at the premiere of Salaam Venky's trailer, Ravathy spoke of getting Kajol and Kamal together. "I didn't tell Kajol about the actor playing Kamal's part in the film. There's a very important scene between the two of them. It was a big surprise for her."
"Shooting with Kajol again made me think that I was on the sets of Bekhudi. She still speaks non-stop and had to pick my chair up and move to the other side (laughs). But it has been great fun! I can't talk much about my role. I'm surprised they've put me in the trailer because no one was supposed to know that I'm in the film and what my character is all about,"Speaking of working with Kajol once more, Kamal stated.
In response to the unexpected meeting, Kajol added, "For the first five to ten minutes, I didn't say anything. I kept screaming. It was just really nice. We've met in between and we know of each other's whereabouts and everything that's happening in our lives. But it was lovely working with him again."
The movie Salaam Venky will debut on December 9. Rajeev Khandelwal, Prakash Raj, Vishal Jethwa, Aahana Kumra, and Rahul Bose are also included. In a cameo role, Aamir Khan will also be visible.
