Will host a special function only for him: Neetu Kapoor on photographer demanding Ranbir-Alia wedding reception
After dating each other for more than three years, actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt finally tied the knot on April 14 this year. The couple's wedding pictures, which went viral on social media, showed the newlyweds completely infatuated with each other.
While the wedding is over, conversations and interest around the event have not waned even a bit.
Post Ranbir and Alia's wedding, photographer Viral Bhayani had expressed his disappointment over the couple not having a wedding reception. Now, Neetu Kapoor has reacted to this and given a reply that has won the heart of everyone.
In an interview, Neetu said she'll organise a special reception for Bhayani. "I don’t like it when anyone is upset. I will host a special reception only for him and have him on stage also, but I don’t want him to be unhappy. This was just a quick wedding and hence we couldn’t do much. If it was left to me, I would have done it with grandeur and called everyone," she said.
On the work front, Neetu Kapoor will be next seen in the upcoming romantic comedy Jugjugg Jeeyo. Directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta, the film also stars Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Kiara Advani in the lead roles alongside Prajakta Koli and Manish Paul.
Jug Juggjeeyo is scheduled for release on 24 June 2022.
