BO Report: Vikram Vedha registers good jump; mints Rs 6 crore on Tuesday
Vikram Vedha, which released last Friday, has witnessed an upward trend at the box office. As per trade analyst, the film collected over Rs 6.20 crore at the ticket windows on the fifth day of its release.
Notably, the gross collection of Vikram Vedha now stands close to Rs. 72 crore. And given the festive season, the collection is expected to go up further in the next few days.
Written and directed by Pushkar–Gayathri based on their 2017 Tamil film of the same name, Vikram Vedha is inspired by the Indian folktale Baital Pachisi. The film is jointly produced by YNOT Studios, Jio Studios, Theme Studios, T-Series Films, Friday Filmworks, and Reliance Entertainment.
Vikram Vedha stars Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles with Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf and Yogita Bihani in supporting roles. It tells the story of an honest cop Vikram, who sets out to track down and kill a dreaded gangster named Vedha.
