Released on 18th August, the Kriti Sanon , Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao starrer film Bareilly Ki Barfi is still going pretty strong at the box office. The movie is still so sweet that the audience is finding it extremely difficult to resist watching it. Almost 10 films have released since 18th August, but Bareilly Ki Barfi has magically managed to keep its place safe in cinemas. Resultantly, regular income is coming and the makers are laughing their way to the bank.
Bareilly Ki Barfi made a handsome income of Rs. 60 lakhs in its 5th weekend. It pulled in Rs. 9 lakhs, 21 lakhs and 30 lakhs on its 5th Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. With this, the net income of the film has totaled up to Rs. 33.58 crores which is indeed an incredible feat considering the fact that the movie was made on a shoestring budget.
Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Bareilly Ki Barfi has become one of the most profitable ventures of the year 2017.
