'Ek Tha Tiger' Box Office Collection Drops on 2nd Day
‘Ek Tha Tiger’, which broke the record of all Bollywood films to be the biggest opener by collecting nearly INR 32 Crores net on its 1st day, saw huge drop on 2nd day.

' Ek Tha Tiger ', which broke the record of all Bollywood films to be the biggest opener by collecting nearly INR 32 Crores net on its 1st day, saw huge drop on 2nd day. Reports state that it collected only INR 17 Crores (nearly) on its second day.
Trade pundits believe that it might have been due to a working day. But some people also believe that it was not as good as expected so slowly people started keeping away from it. But again trade pundits believe that due to coming holidays in a row it would again gain speed earn huge money.
It saw a drop of 35%-60% in different territories. In West Bengal it saw drop by 50-60% whereas in Mumbai the drop was observed as 50% on 2nd day. Yet this film crossed INR 50 Crores in just 2 days which is a huge figure.
