Kabir Khan 's ' Phantom ' starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif in the lead performed fairly well at box-office on its opening day. The film raked in Rs. 8.46 crores on its first Friday which is pretty good number. The film picked up at the evening and night shows due to positive word of mouth coming its way. It is indeed a good news for the makers!
The patriotic action drama received decent reviews from the critics. With 26/11 terror attacks on Mumbai in the back drop, the action thriller manages to keep the audiences hooked throughout. Considering the first day response, the film is expected to do good business on its first weekend.
