The audience was wowed by Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan's chemistry in their most recent film, ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’. This is the pair's initial collaboration. The movie, which was directed by Laxman Utekar, had a respectable opening day take. It had a very successful debut weekend, earning a total of almost Rs 22 crore. Despite competition from ‘Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse’ and ‘The Kerala Story’, the movie has been able to hold its own.

‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’, on Day 1 made roughly Rs 5.25 crore and received mostly negative responses from the audience. The third day that Vicky and Sara's movie was in theatres, on June 4, had a revenue of Rs 9.90 crore. As a result, the total domestic box office revenue is currently estimated to be Rs 22.59 crore. On Sunday, the movie's overall occupancy was 31.28%. The one plus one free ticket promotion has benefited ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’, which is Vicky's second-highest grossing lead role picture after ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’.
