August Hollywood Release: The Dark Tower starring Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey!

Although most of the screenplay adopted films based on the novels by Stephen King are suspense thrillers, but there are some exceptions where he also wrote a fictional literature. Based on Stephen King’s novel, The Dark Tower, it is a science fantasy western action horror film starring Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey in a negative role. And based on this trailer, it looks epic!

The story and the premise itself is a fusion of science and fiction! A 11 year old boy discovers a secret pass way to the another dimension which takes him to the Mid- world. Upon entering Mid-World, he met Gunslinger, Roland Deschain, who is on a quest to reach the Dark Tower that resides in End-World. And to reach the nexus point between time and space that he hopes will save all existence from extinction by Hell. But there is an evil in it! A ruthless sorcerer name Walter O’dim or aka the men in black with his set of monsters to make this mission hard to complete!

About the trailer, Idris Alba standout throughout the trailer and since he is the last gunslinger, we can expect some of the best action scenes in the movie. And those who are fans of Matthew McConaughey are in to see him in the evil and negative shaded character, blessed with super natural powers. The film is directed by Nikolaj Arcel and besides these two in the lead, the film also features cast of Tom Taylor, Claudia Kim, Fran Kranz, Abbey Lee Kershaw and Jackie Earle Haley! The film is set to release on 4th August and the theatre near you!
