Met Gala 2022 took place on 3rd of May at Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City. Many celebrities, worldwide attended the event by gracing the red carpet and putting forward their best fashion game. Speaking of which, Riri who is the musical sensational couldn’t attend the event as she is presently in her last trimester.
Rihanna has stunned again and again when it comes to her Met Gala looks because of which it’s hard to think that Riri will not be able to bless the red carpet. Taking this opportunity Met and Vogue came together to honour the Grammy-winning singer with a spectacular surprise. They brought in an amazing idea to give a tribute by establishing a marble statue of Riri. Keeping the theme in mind, the statue was made to pay a tribute to only RiRi but also the Greek goddess of peace, Eirene.
