BEST to commence special services for Film City workers
BEST will be starting with two special buses for the Film City workers, who work till late hours. July 9 will see the bus services flagging off.

Everyone knows that the economic capital of India - Mumbai is well-known as the city of dreams. A huge flock of people arrive in this bustling city of Mumbai everyday to try their luck. The film studios situated in Mumbai add into the length and breadth of Mumbai. One of the most prominent places, which is the heartbeat of Bollywood is Dadasaheb Phalke Chitranagari, famously known as Film City.
Film City is located in Goregaon and it is apparently far away from the city limits. Hence, BEST (Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport) - the lifeline of Mumbai, had come up with the decision to commence with the two special bus services for the workers, who work till late hours in Film City.
Dy. PRO - BEST, Manoj Varade mentioned that C1 and C2 are the two bus services that we are starting with. Madh Jetty to Wadala Depot would be the route of C1, while C2 will ply between Film City and Wadala Depot. 2.30 am will be the timing for both these buses, told by Varade. He also said that the main purpose of planning this bus service is to serve the people, who work till late hours in Film City.
From today, these bus services will be flagged off from Mayor's bungalow. The Chief Guest will be Mayor Sunil Prabhu and Aditya Thackeray would be the special invitee, told by Manoj Varade.
It is being said that Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan will also be there at the time of flagging off.
