Bollywood pledges to celebrate Ganesh Festival with safety
Bollywood Celebs came up in Ganesh Festival with the message of "celebrating alongside safety measures."

Where city is splurging in the celebration of highly cherished- Ganesh Chaturthi Festival. There are Bollywood Celebs namely, Farhan Akhtar , Shilpa Shetty and Sachin Pilgaokar, who took an initiative addressing the festive season is meant to be celebrated, while keeping the right check on safety measures.
The actors attended the programme organized by Mumbai Police to create the awareness amongst the Ganesh mandals across the city, who are celebrating ten days long Ganesh Chaturthi Festival.
Prominent Marathi film actor, Sachin Pilagaokar while claiming the safety measures reportedly stated that, if everyone helps the police then nobody will get a chance to do bad or something evil. There are nuisance elements in every society. But to stand against them, don't be dependent only on police, instead get along with police and help.
Farhan Akhtar termed Ganesh Chaturthi as "an occasion of happiness" meant to be celebrated along with safety measures. Police is doing its work but we should also do whatever we can.
In today's brisk time, apart from assuring the general security measures, women safety is also needed to be ensured. To which actress Shilpa Shetty appealed women to be self-reliant and be alert of their surrounding. Although, she has her belief on the security provided by the police, still she recommends women to be confident enough to tackle any vigour situation on her own.
