Diana Penty & Sonakshi Sinha star in Happy Bhaag Jayegi Returns!
Aanand L Rai’s sequel film Happy Bhaag Jayegi Returns stars both Diana Penty and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead.

There were several rumours and speculations about a sequel to the film Happy Bhaag Jayegi when it became a surprise hit. Since a few months, there were reports of Sonakshi Sinha replacing Diana Penty in the sequel but now finally the official announcement has been made and it is confirmed that both Diana Penty and Sonakshi Sinha are in the film playing the lead. There must be definitely a twist in the story as the original Happy is retained! The shooting of the film starts today.
The makers announce the news with these new stills where Sonakshi is flaunting a ‘Happy’ tee along with Diana who is all smiles! Director Mudassar Aziz and producer Aanand L. Rai also share a picture with the ladies. The original film Happy Bhaag Jayegi was a fun story of a run-away bride who lands in Pakistan. The prequel included the cast of Abhay Deol, Jimmy Sheirgill and Ali Fazal along with Diana and they all will also feature in Happy Bhag Jayegi Returns .
