The Censor Board had earlier asked the producer Ekta Kapoor to remove some portions of the objectionable trailer of the film ' Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum ' but she refused to comply with the Board. As a result, her upcoming movie got 'A' certificate by the Censor Board. After being declared an adult film, airing of its promo on the TV as well as the big screen was banned.

After the ban imposed by the Censors on her promos, she uploaded the promo of 'KSKHH' on the internet. Just a few days back, director Pooja Bhatt had released the first promo of her erotic thriller ' Jism 2 ' online as it did not get approval by the Censor Board. And ' Jism 2 ' online promo had received huge response, which might have influenced Ekta to do the same.

Ekta was in Delhi on Monday to launch the trailer where she defended her action by saying, "Our A-rated trailer has got a rejection from the censors. We were looking for a U/A certificate, but since that couldn't be achieved, we have put it on the net. The promo is funny, but not cheap at all".

She added, "It shouldn't be taken so seriously. Are we moving ahead or are our thoughts regressing? But I will take things with a pinch of salt and hope that enough people watch it online". She said that she is planning to meet the Censor Board officials personally to explain her stance.

Ekta's previous film ' The Dirty Picture ' released in 2011 was also denied permission to air on TV.
