Saif Ali Khan ’s Chef has been garnering lime light from time to time. The upcoming film has faced several roadblocks in its way and was delayed quite a few times. But now, the fans and cine lovers can rejoice as the makers announce the release date of Chef which is 6 October, 2017. There were rumors and speculations that the film will be out in August but the makers have locked in 6 Oct to release the comedy-drama.
Here is the first look of the lead star Saif Ali Khan who is seen cooking some delicacy with his complete focus in the still.
The film is the remake of Jon Favreau starrer Hollywood flick Chef and it revolves around the life of a professional chef who quits his job at the popular restaurant for starting a food truck. It is produced by Vikram Malhotra and Bhushan Kumar. Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, the movie has been shot in multiple locales including Mumbai, Delhi, Kerala, Goa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa and Kerala among others.
It will be a treat to watch Saif Ali Khan don the Chef’s avatar extensively after his film Salaam Namaste (2005).
