'Happy New Year' gets postponed by 3 months

Farah Khan's next directorial venture and Shahrukh Khan's upcoming film 'Happy New Year' has been delayed for three months due to SRK's shoulder surgery.

Recently, the Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has undergone a shoulder surgery and is advised to take a rest for at least one month. But, this has affected many of the King Khan's future projects. The source close to Shahrukh revealed that the commencement of Shahrukh's forthcoming film ' Happy New Year ' which will be directed by choreographer turned director Farah Khan has been delayed.

The source said that ' Happy New Year ' was supposed to commence by this June, but due to SRK's shoulder surgery the movie is said to be postponed by 3 months. Now, the film will go on floors in the month of September this year.

The source also said that the production house had initially planned to arrange the 2 schedules of this film in Mumbai and later in Dubai. But now as Shahrukh will need at least three months to resume his work fully, the Mumbai scheduled has been called off.

It has been said that the director Farah Khan who is a good friend of SRK does not want to compromise with SRK's health and fitness. And hence she postponed the schedule.
