Talent and hard work never go waste and that’s what actor-comedian Sunil Grover has been proving since ages. Though the last 12 months have been rough for him, he now is on a roller coaster ride with multiple projects on his plate. A few days back, we informed readers that he will be seen as the male lead in Vishal Bhardwaj ’s Chhuriyaan . And now, news has it that the ace comedian has bagged an important role in the Salman Khan starrer Bharat . Yes, you read it all right! Sunil now has the biggest movie in his bag-pack and if insiders are to be believed, he will be seen playing Salman’s close friend in the film and his character will be totally different from what we have seen him playing in the past.
A source close to the project revealed to a portal, " Sunil Grover will be playing Salman Khan’s friend in Bharat. His role is not like how in other films where comedians are used for a couple of comic punches and then they disappear. He has an interesting role in the film.”
The star cast of Ali Abbas Zafar ’s Bharat is just getting bigger and better. After Sallu Bhai, Ali roped in Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra as the female lead and now, the film has Sunil. It will be interesting to see which other talented actor joins the cast of the biggest film of 2019.
