Kareena Kapoor once made size zero a trend in Bollywood and now she educates media to stop criticizing women post-pregnancy for putting on that extra weight. Meanwhile, she has also taken her step forward to be fit again by taking kick-boxing.

April onwards, Kareena will resume the shoots of Veere Di Wedding and wants to shed those extra kilos before that. Though she has always been into yoga, now she has started attending kick-boxing classes thrice a week. Her best friend Amrita Arora Ladakh recommended it to her after she herself lost post-pregnancy weight through this sport.

Kareena walked the grand finale of Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2017, just 45 days after she gave birth to son Taimur. She's truly an inspiration!
