'Lootera's journey covered in a documentary

Shooting for epic period romantic-flick ' Lootera ' was just like walking on a rosy path studded with thorns for the director Vikramaditya Motwane and for the whole crew of the film. The film was under construction for almost one and half year. Several toughest situations were confronted by ' Lootera ' team, while its shooting was going on. The director Motwane decided to develop a five minutes documentary of the movie titled 'Labour Of Love' expressing all the hurdles of the team.

One of the misfortunes faced during shooting of ' Lootera ' was the back injury of lead actor Ranveer Singh . Immediately, the shooting came to a halt, as Ranveer was rushed to the town on a stretcher.

The film was shot in charming Dalhousie and Kolkatta. During shooting time in Dalhousie, the crew had to tackle with extreme weather conditions. They had to face knee-high snow while trekking. In order to keep the consistency, they had to redevelop winter even in sunny days of summer afterwards.

The director Vikramaditya Motwane mentions that a lot of emotions of the entire crew are associated with ' Lootera '. However, the determination and perseverance of the team members made all things possible in real, the director adds. He even informed about the positive response from the audience to the five minutes documentary and their demand for a full-fledged documentary for the same. Motwane promised to add more footage of their filmy journey in a video.

Now, the talks are going on between the ' Lootera ' makers pertaining to releasing the five minutes documentary. They are discussing as to whether the documentary should be released during its promotions or it should be showcased with the end credits of the movie.

In this movie, Sonakshi Sinha will be sharing screen space with Ranveer Singh for the very first time. This classic love saga is the joint venture by Balaji Productions and Phantom Pictures.

' Lootera ' will start stealing viewers' hearts on July 5.
