Bollywood beauty and now a global star Priyanka Chopra was recently injured on the set of Hollywood thriller series Quantico and she was rushed to the hospital as she had concussion after a nasty fall while performing a stunt.
The actress is resting at her house and soon she will resume the shoot. She took Twitter to thank all her well-wishers for their warm thoughts.

Priyanka was examined, given a treatment and then discharged from the hospital a few hours later.
