Shahrukh Khan turned quizmaster on television
Shahrukh Khan made an appearance as host in TV serial \'Diya Aur Baati Hum\'. He held a game show titled \'Sabse Bada Champion\' in it. It is a part of promotion strategy for \'Chennai Express\'.

Becoming a quizmaster is not something novel for the 'badshah' of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan ! And this time, SRK will be seen as host once again in a popular television series. Apparently, it is a part of the promotion strategy of forthcoming action-packed rom-com ' Chennai Express ' by Rohit Shetty , reportedly.
Earlier, King Khan anchored television reality game shows like 'Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain?' and 'Kaun Banega Crorepati'. And now, Shahrukh will act as a quiz master testing the knowledge of television actors in the show 'Diya Aur Baati Hum'. SRK will be appearing on this soap and will held a game show titled 'Sabse Bada Champion'. Deepika Singh, the one who plays the role of Sandhya in this series, is an ardent fan of Shahrukh. She expresses her excitement of working with SRK and also admitted that having him on the sets is like a real treat. Deepika praised Shahrukh for being hard-working and down-to-earth person. She also said that despite being a big personality, Shahrukh made his co-stars feel very comfortable while shooting with him. Deepika also confessed that it is very pleasurable to see that these biggies picked up our serial to appear on small screen medium.
Previously, Aamir Khan applied same strategy of appearing in a television series to promote his show 'Satyamev Jayate' and Salman Khan promoted his film ' Dabangg 2 ' by making an appearance in a daily soap.
