Recently the first look of the upcoming action thriller ' Zanjeer ' was released and the fans of the action genre went gaga over it. The dashing first look of the film went viral among the masses and now the makers of ' Zanjeer ' have brought a treat for their fans as the official trailer of the movie was also recently launched to woo the fans. The trailer of the film promises an action packed entertainment for the audience.
The story sets in the background of Mumbai which showcases the life of an upright, honest cop played by Ram Charan Teja . The film shows his war against the big oil mafia and the aid he gets from his lady love which is played by Priyanka Chopra . He is also helped by Sher Khan, his foe-turned friend. The character of Sher Khan is played by Sanjay Dutt . The film also stars Atul Kulkarni who will essay the role of a crime reporter which he also played in ' Page 3 ' by Madhur Bhandarkar and senior actor Prakash Raj will essay the baddie in this film.
' Zanjeer ' is a remake of 70s blockbuster hit film with the same name featuring Amitabh Bachchan , Jaya Bhaduri and Pran . The remake will hit the screens on 6th September this year.
