Disha Patni to make her Debut in Tollywood?
According to reports, several big names from the Tamil film industry graced the occasion at the Agaram Foundation in Ramapuram, Chennai, where a massive set for the film had been erected for shooting purposes. Suriya 42's launch has been long-awaited since it was first announced in 2019. The film is now jointly made by Vamsi and Pramod's UV Creations and K. E. Gnanavelraja's Studio Green banners and will feature music by chart-buster composer Devi Sri Prasad.
The story is written by Siva and Aadhi Narayana. Mahat, who has starred in films like Mankatha, Jilla, and Maanaadu, including making an appearance in Bigg Boss Tamil season 2, is also said to be a part of Suriya 42, as he too was spotted at the film's pooja earlier today. Suriya 42 will also include Madhan Karky penning the dialogues, while the technical team features cinematographer Vetri, editor Richard Kevin, art director Milan, and stunt choreographer Supreme Sundar.
Disha Patani is rumored to play the female lead, and official confirmation in this regard is awaited. This invite to the launch event has delighted the fans and has come as the first significant confirmation of the project.
