Krithi Shetty to play the female lead opposite Tovino Thomas in Ajayante Randam Moshanam?
Krithi Shetty is off to a fantastic acting career in the South. The actress made an impressive debut with Uppena, which proved to be commercially successful. She then went on to deliver two more hits with Shyam Singha Roy and Bangarraju, giving her the kind of successful start to her film career that any aspiring actor or actress could only dream of. The actress recently starred in The Warriorr opposite Ram Pothineni and is awaiting the release of her upcoming film Vanangaan starring South’s biggest superstar Suriya.
As everyone is aware, Tovino Thomas will be working with Jithin Lal, a first-time filmmaker, on the historical drama Ajayante Randam Moshanam. According to recent information, Krithi Shetty is being considered for the role of Tovino's female lead in the movie. The actress hasn't signed on the dotted line, though.
A source revealed, "Krithi has taken the narration and is almost on board for the film. She really liked the script but due to her busy schedule and other work commitments, Krithi is taking her time to sign the deal. An official announcement shall be made soon if everything materializes." The source further added, "The makers are planning to kickstart Tovino Thomas' Ajayante Randam Moshanam in August. The film is being planned on a grand scale. The team is currently putting together the technical team. AnbAriv is considered to design stunts for the Tovino-starrer."
Ajayante Randam Moshanam, which was written by Sujith Nambiar, is said to take place in three different eras: 1900, 1950, and 1990. Maniyan, Ajayan, and Kunjikelu are the characters that Tovino is portraying in each. Meanwhile, Krithi Shetty will also be seen in NC22 starring Naga Chaitanya and the film Macherla Niyojakavargam.
