Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt is now officially announced as a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film Thalapathy 67 which stars Vijay.

Recently, Thalapathy 67, Vijay's eagerly awaited 67th film in Tamil cinema, received its official launch. Undoubtedly one of the most eagerly anticipated upcoming films from the South Indian film industry, the high-budget project is directed by the incredibly brilliant director Lokesh Kanagaraj who adds this film to his Lokesh Cinematic Universe. Now, it has been confirmed that Sanjay Dutt will appear in Vijay's forthcoming movie Thalapathy 67, as reported by the makers. The movie's producer, Seven Screen Studio, confirmed the Bollywood star's presence in the Vijay starrer film on Twitter.

actorvijaysir Dir_Lokesh Jagadishbliss,” tweeted the makers on their official handle announcing Sanjay Dutt presence in the film. A Sanjay Dutt poster was also unveiled along with a message. "When I heard the one-liner of the film Thalapathy 67, I knew in that precise instant I had to be part of the film and I am happy to start this adventure," The Bollywood actor made his Kannada film debut with Yash's KGF: Chapter 2 last year, while Thalapathy 67 is his first Tamil movie.

The film's announcement included the official crew list for "Thalapathy 67," which is reportedly a Pan-Indian action drama. We may anticipate more official information to be revealed by the filmmakers soon. The film cast includes Trisha, Priya Anand, Gautham Menon, Arjun Sarja, and Mansoor Ali Khan, among others. Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj has also traveled to Kashmir to begin shooting with the movie's crew.
